Mr. Nakel Nikiema is the founder and director of the Business Intelligence Institute of Management, LLC (BIIM.EDUCATION). With a multidisciplinary background spanning business intelligence, leadership development, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and transformational communication, he brings a unique, practical perspective to the teaching of self-hypnosis and personal development.

Mr. Nikiema’s approach to self-hypnosis is grounded in accessibility, evidence-based practice, and real-world application. He believes that self-hypnosis is one of the most powerful personal development tools available, and that with proper instruction and consistent practice, anyone can develop genuine proficiency. His teaching style combines clear explanations with hands-on guided practice, ensuring that learners don’t just understand self-hypnosis intellectually but develop genuine embodied skill.

As the lead architect of BIIM’s curriculum, Mr. Nikiema designs and oversees courses across the NLP & Transformational Communication, Personal Development, and Self-Hypnosis & Personal Change academies. Self-Hypnosis Mastery is his flagship beginner program, designed to give every learner the strongest possible foundation for a lifelong self-hypnosis practice.
